Well, it’s official: Tucson will become the home of World View, a space exploration company that uses balloons and capsules to carry passengers into low orbit. The Pima County Board of Supervisors approved a deal to put $15 million Certificates of Participation towards building a manufacturing and office center for the space company just south of the Tucson International Airport.
